Registration Guidelines


The Oklahoma Hospital Association offers a variety of educational programs throughout the year to keep members up-to-date on current issues and trends.

Registration: Registration for educational programs is quick and easy! Just use the registration form attached to the meeting brochure, download a PDF form from the "View Brochure" section of meetings calendar for return by fax, mail or register online.

Online Registration: The OHA registration area provides a secure site for you to use. Registering online will save you time. Not only can you register yourself, but you can also register other people from your facility for a single event or register for several programs at the same time. You must be logged in to register online for a meeting.  Online registration is fast and easy. When you register online, you will receive an e-mail verifying your registration and a confirmation from OHA. To register online, click on the Calendar under the Meetings & Events tab.  The available meetings by month will appear on the screen, and you can select the program you wish to attend. At this time you can register for the meeting.  If you are not logged un you will be asked to do so.

After logging in you can proceed with registration. Follow the instructions much like other online purchases. If you do not know your login and password, follow the instructions on the screen to get them. We hope you will take advantage of online registration. Cancellation Policy:  Unless otherwise stated in the meeting brochure, the registration fee, less a 15% service charge is refundable if notice is received five (5) business days prior to the program. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than five business days prior to the beginning of the program.

Substitutions and Transfers: Registrants unable to attend may send an alternate. Report substitutions to Shelly Bush at bush@okoha.com or Mary Winters at winters@okoha.com, or call (405) 427-9537 prior to the program. Transfers from one OHA educational program to another are not permitted.
