Working to improve quality and patient safety
Providing safe, high-quality care is among Oklahoma hospitals'
highest priorities. Meanwhile, increasing demands are placed on
hospitals to achieve higher quality and patient safety outcomes. Because
of the increased accountability placed on hospitals to ensure positive
clinical outcomes, it is critical for hospitals to heighten and more
strategically align operational, quality and patient safety goals
throughout the hospital and health care system. OHA is committed to
assisting members in meeting these challenges and staying better
informed of expectations from payers and regulators at the national and
state level.
