Continuous Service Readiness Program
The CSR (Continuous Service Readiness) Program is a partnership
between Joint Commission Resources and OHA to provide services to
Oklahoma health care organizations. Organizations that are not
accredited are able to participate in the program.
Formed in 1997, the Continuous Service Readiness (CSR) Program is a
process of ongoing education and training designed to support health
care organizations locally in their efforts to improve the quality of
care delivered in their communities. OHA selected JCR because of its
expertise in providing quality improvement training and education. The
CSR program will help raise the bar for patient safety and quality of
care in Oklahoma.
