Oklahoma Society for Healthcare Quality and Risk Management
A society for healthcare quality and risk management professionals promoting healthcare quality and risk reduction for all of Oklahoma. The society provides networking and information exchange opportunities for its members. The society also has yearly educational workshops available to members and other interested healthcare professionals. Members are offered a reduced rate to attend the workshops.

Membership Information
- Active Membership - $25 annually - An individual shall be eligible for active membership who is actively engaged in the field of risk management/quality improvement and is an employee of an Oklahoma health care facility or system, metropolitan hospital association, or medical association.
- Student Membership - $10 annually - A full-time faculty member or student registered at an accredited institution of higher learning and not otherwise eligible for active or associate membership.
- Emeritus Member - Free - An individual who has retired from employment after having been an active member for a minimum of 10 years.
