Novitas management accepts customer service center feedback

The OHA has recently had conversations with Novitas Solutions and with the Dallas CMS office regarding hospitals’ complaints about incorrect information provided by the Novitas customer service center. Novitas is the Medicare Administrative Contractor for Oklahoma providers.
Novitas has agreed to accept feedback from hospitals about incorrect or unhelpful responses made by the customer service center. When customer service center responses are incomplete or seem to be wrong, hospitals can ask for the call tracking number, and ask to speak to a supervisor. Rick Snyder,
