Mission Statement

To support Oklahoma hospitals in leading a culture of health improvement in their communities through reducing illness, disability and death due to tobacco use.

The HHPQ program advances its mission through the implementation of tobacco use cessation counseling, based on the current U.S. Public Health Service (PHS) Guidelines, in Oklahoma hospitals and affiliated clinics.
