OHA Spirit Awards due Sept. 15

The OHA Spirit Award is given annually to exceptional individuals in the hospital community whose exemplary leadership and dedication have significantly enhanced patient care, their organizations or their communities. The theme for 2017 is the Spirit of Resilience. Each hospital is asked to submit one recipient to receive the Spirit of Resilience Award. Criteria and the submission form were launched in April and are still available on the OHA website. The deadline to submit a recipient from your hospital is Friday, Sept. 15.

If you have not already submitted the recipient for your hospital, act now! A professional-quality photograph of the individual in his/her work environment is required at the time of submission or can be emailed later. Awards will be presented at the 2:30 p.m. general session during the OHA Annual Convention on Thursday, Nov. 2. For more details, click here.
