OHA’s Advocacy Day activities, to be held Monday and Tuesday, April 9-10, offer opportunities for you and others from your hospital to learn more about the legislative process, key issues facing health care and possible strategies for action. You can spend time with your legislators in a more relaxed social setting, as well as visit them in their offices at the Capitol. Join your colleagues from across the state and make your voice heard!

Monday, April 9 – 4 - 5 p.m., Oklahoma History Center – informational presentations on key issues and advocacy strategies. Hear from Pat McFerron, founding partner of CMA Strategies, with insight on key legislative issues, voter attitudes and possible strategies for action.

Monday, April 9 – 5 - 7 p.m., Oklahoma History Center – Reception for Oklahoma’s Lawmakers.   

Tuesday, April 10 – 8:30 a.m. - 12 noon – Member briefing at the Oklahoma Hospital Association headquarters, followed by legislative visits at the Capitol.

OHA Advocacy Day - Tuesday, April 5, Oklahoma History Center. Join us for our annual legislative day. We will begin with a member briefing at 3 p.m., followed by a legislative reception at 5 p.m. Watch for registration materials soon.

OHA-PAC Golf Tournament - Tuesday, June 21, Jimmie Austin Golf Club at OU, Norman. Time and details TBA.

OHA Health Care Leaders Forum - Tuesday, July 19 - Thursday, July 21, Shangri-La Resort, Grand Lake. Watch for registration soon!

OHA Connect 22 - Wednesday, Nov. 9 - Friday, Nov. 11, Oklahoma City Convention Center and Omni Hotel, downtown Oklahoma City. Plan now to attend OHA’s annual conference and exhibit hall. More details to come.
