Bills opposed by OHA die at deadline

Thursday, April 12 was the deadline for bills and joint resolutions to be heard in a committee of the opposite chamber. About 690 bills remain alive for consideration. Bills that remain alive will move to the floor of the opposite house for consideration. The deadline is April 26.

Bills opposed by OHA that died by deadline include SB 890, Hospital Pricing Transparency Act; SB 1030, reduces Medicaid eligibility from 40 percent to 20 percent of FPL; SB 1174, relates to licensure fees; SB 1546, Right to Shop; SJR 45, TSET Vote of People; and, HB 3447, Reporting Statutory Rape Penalties.
