OHA Compensation and Benefits Survey data collection underway

To gain access to the valuable information found in the Compensation and Benefits Survey, participate in the survey now. Don’t delay – data submission is due Feb. 26, 2018.

The annual health care compensation survey results will be provided by OHA at no cost to member hospitals that submit data this month. Both data collection and results reporting have been greatly enhanced for 2018. Individual incumbent pay rates, rather than pay ranges and averages, are now collected through an Excel spreadsheet designed for easy transfer of data exported from hospitals’ HR information systems. This will provide much more usable information on market compensation for each position.

Executive compensation data is also available to hospitals that contribute their executive data.

OHA Advocacy Day - Tuesday, April 5, Oklahoma History Center. Join us for our annual legislative day. We will begin with a member briefing at 3 p.m., followed by a legislative reception at 5 p.m. Watch for registration materials soon.
