Class action settlement recovery service added to OHA Preferred Partner Network

The OHA Preferred Partner Network (PPN) is pleased to offer a class action settlement recovery service (SRS) through our strategic partnership with Managed Care Advisory Group, LLC (MCAG). MCAG has distributed more than $400 million to thousands of customers as a result of this service. OHA members may be eligible to receive significant funds from current and future class action settlements. We want to make sure that you are aware of this service so your organization can capitalize on any applicable opportunities.

MCAG has worked closely with thousands of physician practices and hospitals. Health care organizations are amongst the most frequently eligible type of entities for these settlements.

Through this partnership, OHA will be able to track all relevant settlements on behalf of member hospitals, identify opportunities that are meaningful, and assist hospitals in filing a claim for payment. The SRS is provided on a contingency fee basis, so there is virtually no risk to enroll. We will not send out any invoices or bills and MCAG only receives payment if your organization recovers cash.

A webinar providing additional information about the service, as well as upcoming settlements applicable to Oklahoma hospitals, will be offered at 1 p.m., Monday, March 19. OHA Advocacy Day - Tuesday, April 5, Oklahoma History Center. Join us for our annual legislative day. We will begin with a member briefing at 3 p.m., followed by a legislative reception at 5 p.m. Watch for registration materials soon.
