Harper County nurse featured in rural health podcast

This week’s Rural Health Leadership Radio podcast features a conversation with Amy Yauk, director of nursing at Harper County Community Hospital (HCCH), Buffalo. Rural Health Leadership Radio is a non-profit working to improve the world by engaging rural health leaders in conversations, learning and research. The free podcast is available here.

HCCH was recently recognized by the National Rural Health Association as a Top 20 critical access hospital. Yauk began her career there in 1999 and has worked in the ER, med-surg, OB, critical care, home case management, and in-home nursing visits. She became the director of nursing three years ago.
