Registration is open for Aug. 22 Managed Care and SoonerSelect Payor Day

As part of an ongoing effort to educate the membership on the growing presence of managed care in Oklahoma, OHA has created a Payor Day to prepare members for the state’s Medicaid managed care conversion. The Payor Day will include presentations from the three managed care companies selected to serve SoonerSelect: Humana, Aetna and Oklahoma Health Complete (Centene). Please plan to attend this event on Tuesday, Aug. 22, and send your finance and managed care leaders to the meeting. Each plan will share with the membership how they will roll out and approach the launch of its products. Members should plan to come with questions regarding how the conversion will not only impact hospitals and providers, but patients as well. Registration is available here.
