Healthcare Staffing Services names new Oklahoma rep

OHA Preferred Partner, Healthcare Staffing Services (HSS) at SCHA, has appointed a new representative for Oklahoma. Scott O’Carroll was appointed to accounts director. OHA has a partnership with the South Carolina Hospital Association through their SCHA Solutions division for the provision of supplemental staffing services to OHA members. HSS has been dedicated to helping member hospitals source the best and most talented professionals for their contingent needs since 2002. Healthcare Staffing Services partners with 12 state associations to help in “making sure caregivers are there.”

O’Carroll has worked in health care sector staffing for more than 20 years. He previously owned and managed a travel nurse company. In recent years, he worked as a college career services director. O’Carroll says that returning to staffing in the health care sector is “like coming home” and he looks forward to using the experience and capabilities of HSS to help our members.

OHA Advocacy Day - Tuesday, April 5, Oklahoma History Center. Join us for our annual legislative day. We will begin with a member briefing at 3 p.m., followed by a legislative reception at 5 p.m. Watch for registration materials soon.
