Description:

There are a variety of state & federal laws impacting how & what must be documented and retained in the legal health record. It is vital that each organization review their practices and ensure they are in compliance with state and federal laws that govern documentatioin in the health care setting. During this session, the presenter reviews the guidelines associated with medical record documentation, modicfication, retention and destruction.

Cancellation Policy:
The registration fee, less a service charge stated in each brochure, is refundable if notice is received five (5) business days prior to the program. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than five business days prior to the beginning of the program.

Substitutions and Transfers:
