This program provides information on the Joint Commission and CMS standards for preventing infant and pediatric abduction and how to comply. The presenter discusses the five main physical, security, and other measures health care facilities can take to prevent abductions. The speaker discusses the revised recommendations from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children on the Guidelines on prevention and response to infant abduction that every hospitals and birthing center should knpw.

The registration fee, less a service charge stated in each brochure, is refundable if notice is received five (5) business days prior to the program. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than five business days prior to the beginning of the program.
