Description:

We all need to get our organizations to the culture of continuous compliance. We don't comply because Joint Commission requires it. We comply because it is the right thing to do. We are not preparing for our next survey. We are preparing for our next patient. In addition to covering the topics in the objectives, the speaker also shares strategies for continuous compliance.

Cancellation Policy:
The registration fee, less a service charge stated in each brochure, is refundable if notice is received five (5) business days prior to the program. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than five business days prior to the beginning of the program.

Substitutions and Transfers:
Registrants unable to attend may send an alternate. Report substitutions to Shelly Bush at bush@okoha.com or Mary Winters at winters@okoha.com, or call (405) 427-9537 prior to the program. Transfers from one OHA educational program to another are not permitted.
