Contracts have become a recent hot topic with increased scrutiny by both the Joint Commission and CMS. This presentation covers all of the contract requirements for hospitals accredited by the Joint Commission. The CMS telemedicine standard also updated a section in the Joint Commission's contract standards, covered in the contract tracer. The program covers the standards for hospitals accredited by DNV-GL. The webinar includes the CMS hospital condition of participation requirements for contracts. Every hospital that accepts Medicare or Medicaid reimbursement must follow the CMS contract regulations and interpretive guidelines. CMS has also added a section to the final CMS worksheets to ensure the surveyors addresses the contract management issue.

The registration fee, less a service charge stated in each brochure, is refundable if notice is received five (5) business days prior to the program. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than five business days prior to the beginning of the program.
