Employees are the lifeblood of most companies. Managers, leaders, and HR professionals are expected to know and apply the alphabet soup of federal and state laws (ADA, FMLA, Title 7, EEOC, AA, etc.) In this case, what you don't know really can hurt you. This program demystifies and makes sense out of the many pieces of the puzzle. HR 101 is a high-level view of the key HR components that you need to know. This program provides concise, understandable, and practical information to help keep you out of trouble.

Cancellation Policy:
The registration fee, less a service charge stated in each brochure, is refundable if notice is received five (5) business days prior to the program. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than five business days prior to the beginning of the program.

Substitutions and Transfers:
Registrants unable to attend may send an alternate. Report substitutions to Shelly Bush at bush@okoha.com or Mary Winters at winters@okoha.com, or call (405) 427-9537 prior to the program. Transfers from one OHA educational program to another are not permitted.
