TCMS has been creating hospital overall ratings, commonly referred to as "star" ratings since 2016. The purpose of the ratings is to provide a simple consumer-friendly way for patients and their families to compare quality across hospitals. The overall rating is a composite of hospital-reported and CMS-calculated measures included on Hospital Compare. This webinar provides an overview of which measures are included, recent updates in the scoring methodology and strategies for improving overall ratings.

Cancellation Policy:
The registration fee, less a service charge stated in each brochure, is refundable if notice is received five (5) business days prior to the program. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than five business days prior to the beginning of the program.

Substitutions and Transfers:
Registrants unable to attend may send an alternate. Report substitutions to Shelly Bush at bush@okoha.com or Mary Winters at winters@okoha.com, or call (405) 427-9537 prior to the program. Transfers from one OHA educational program to another are not permitted.
