Description:

The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 was a major rewrite of the Internal Revenue Code. This program addresses the statutory changes included in the act that impact tax-exempt hospitals, their for-profit subsidiaries and potentially the executives of such hospitals. The speaker reviews regulatory and other guidance issued by the IRS intended to interpret the law. Finally, participants will review certain planning strategies to attempt to minimize the impact of the changes.
