This webinar reviews the law that applies to all hospitals, including critical access hospitals, physician offices and nursing homes. This program addresses civil rights laws for health care providers and others and addresses nondiscrimination, required signs and notices, and interpreters. This law builds on long-standing and familiar Federal civil rights laws and is the first law to prohibit discrimination on the basis of sex (which includes gender, gender identify and sex stereotyping) in covered health programs and activities.
