If someone described an experience as "Disney-like," most people would understand or at least be able to create a mental picture of what that is. So, how many people would describe their experience with information technology (IT) as being Disney-like? Probably not many. In this webinar, the facilitator explores some of the key concepts behind what it takes to create a unique and memorable customer experience with consistency and how you can take those tried and true techniques from Disney and use them to succeed with IT.

The registration fee, less a service charge stated in each brochure, is refundable if notice is received five (5) business days prior to the program. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than five business days prior to the beginning of the program.
