Description:

The 2020 class is full. This is part 5 of a 9 part series. Go to Leadership Development Series on 3-26-20 on the OHA education calendar to register for the series. Businesses are more generationally diverse that ever before. This session discusses why different age groups think and act the way they do, identifies potential sources of conflict and presents strategies for fully engaging employees of every generation.
