This webinar discusses the proposed infection control standards including a requirement to have an antibiotic stewardship program. It will discuss the ISMP IV guidelines and safe injection practices issues. It reviews the CDC vaccine storage and handling toolkit and the CDC procedures for cleaning and disinfecting reusable medical devices. CMS has finalized the surveyor worksheet for assessing compliance with the infection control CoPs. The worksheets are used by State and Federal surveyors when assessing compliance with the infection control standards. Infection control is hit hard during the survey and every hospital should have a working familiarity with this important document.

The registration fee, less a service charge stated in each brochure, is refundable if notice is received five (5) business days prior to the program. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than five business days prior to the beginning of the program.
