The HHPQ Assessment is intended to assess the implementation and advancement of tobacco treatment best practices in hospitals and clinics.
The Assessment includes the following sections:
- Tobacco Free Policy
- Tobacco Free Policy Communication and Support
- Employee Tobacco Cessation
- Patient Tobacco Cessation
- Data Collection and Evaluation
Through a comprehensive evaluation method, each assessment dimension receives a score to indicate one of the following four achievement levels.
Platinum - Gold
- Silver
- Bronze
