WorkHealthy Hospitals (WHH), a grant program of TSET and an initiative of the OHA, is starting a regular series featuring different hospitals participating in the WHH initiative. Hospitals who participate in the WHH initiative focus on improving policies, benefits, and workplace environment that best support their employees’ overall wellbeing. In short, their efforts go toward making the healthy choice the easy choice for their employees. These efforts, in turn, can lead to better patient care, employee satisfaction, and health visibility within the community. This series will highlight hospitals whose unique efforts encompass the spirit of employee wellbeing and stand out from the crowd.
