Medicare QIO offers free introductory webinar

KEPRO, the Beneficiary and Family Centered Care Quality Improvement Organization (BFCC-QIO) for our state, will offer a free webinar to discuss their Patient Navigation Program as well as other services that KEPRO performs for Medicare, at 1 p.m., Wednesday, May 30. To register, click here.

KEPRO offers four services to Medicare beneficiaries and their families: beneficiary complaints, discharge appeals, Immediate Advocacy, and Patient Navigation. This webinar will present a basic overview of these services as well as an introduction to some provider-based services. Speakers will include Lucia Shah and Nancy Jobe, KEPRO outreach specialists.
