OHA Compensation and Benefits Survey data collection underway

Posted on: 2/6/19

To gain access to the valuable information found in the 2019 OHA Compensation and Benefits Survey, participate in the survey now. Don’t delay – data submission is due March 8, 2019.

The annual health care compensation survey results will be provided by OHA at no cost to member hospitals that submit data. Individual incumbent pay rates are collected through an Excel spreadsheet designed for easy transfer of data exported from hospitals’ HR information systems. Responses from the 2018 survey are pre-populated in this year’s questionnaire for those who participated last year.

Executive compensation data is also available to hospitals that contribute their executive data.

The survey link was emailed to member contacts from “Solutions” on Jan. 31. If you need access to the survey, or if you have questions about survey data or compensation consulting services, contact the Compdata Survey Practice at Salary.com, (800) 300-9570. (Rick Snyder)
