The auditor for Oklahoma Medicaid’s Disproportionate Share Hospital (DSH) program, Myers and Stauffer LC, has started collecting required audit support for 2016 Medicaid DSH payments.
Myers and Stauffer will be conducting the 2016 Medicaid DSH Examination Education Session in conjunction with the Oklahoma Health Care Authority and Oklahoma Hospital Association on Friday, May 10, from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. in OHA’s board room, 4000 N. Lincoln Blvd, Oklahoma City. During the training, Myers and Stuffer will discuss the upcoming 2016 DSH examination required under federal law, findings from previous examinations, and clarifications and changes related to the 2016 DSH year.
Myers and Stauffer recently notified hospitals in the Oklahoma DSH program of the audit process and requirements, and made materials available on their web portal. Hospitals that participated in the 2015 Oklahoma DSH Examination should already have access to the Myers and Stauffer web portal. (Rick Snyder)
