Governor amends executive order on pandemic

On Friday, Oct. 23,
Gov. Stitt released his sixth
amended Executive Order 2020-20 of the pandemic, which extends the State Public Health Emergency to Nov. 23. Temporary occupational licensure for nurses, physicians and others governed by those boards has been extended from 14 days after expiration of the order to 60 days, so any temporary licenses would now expire Jan. 22, 2021 unless the governor issues another order. Further, data reporting by hospitals has changed to reflect less data points required. OHA staff has prepared this
