PYA offers end-of-the-PHE compliance checklist

Numerous federal regulatory waivers and flexibilities will be terminated when the Public Health Emergency declaration expires on May 11. This will greatly impact health care providers, who now must roll back policies and practices related to those waivers and flexibilities. In response, accounting firm PYA has prepared the End-of-the-PHE Compliance Checklist to help providers identify the work to be done by May 11. While all providers can benefit from reviewing all of the sections, the checklist categorizes the waivers and flexibilities according to the type of provider most directly impacted and cites relevant regulations, as applicable.
