OHA Registration Guidelines

The Oklahoma Hospital Association offers a variety of educational programs throughout the year to keep members up-to-date on current issues and trends.

Registration: Registration for educational programs is quick and easy! Just choose the method you want to use for registration.
  1. Fax, email or mail the completed form attached to the meeting brochure with payment information
  2. Download the form from the meeting on the OHA Education Calendar, complete and return with payment information by fax, email or mail.
  3. Register online.  (See details below.)

Online Registration: As an OHA member you can register online. Online registration is fast and easy. Just click on Education Calendar under the Education and Events tab. The available meetings will appear on the screen for each month. (Use the arrows to the left of the word today to change to the next or previous month.) Choose the event you are interested in registering and click on it. Then click on “Register Online” and you will enter a secure site for registering and making payment. Not only can you register yourself, but you can register other people from your facility for a single event or register for several programs at the same time. When you register online, you will receive an e-mail verifying your registration and a confirmation from OHA.

You must be an OHA member and you must be logged in to register online for a meeting. If you do not know your login and password, click here and follow the instructions on the screen to get them.

When you are logged in, follow the instructions much like other online purchases. If you have questions about registering online, contact Mary Winters at [email protected] or Amanda Bowen at  [email protected].

Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy is stated on the registration form/brochure for each event.

Substitutions and Transfers: Registrants unable to attend may send an alternate. Report substitutions to Amanda Bowen at [email protected] or Mary Winters at [email protected], or call (405) 427-9537 prior to the program. Transfers from one OHA educational program to another are not permitted.
