The Healthcare Leaders Forum for OHA members will be June 23-25, 2024 at Shangri La Resort on Grand Lake in northeast Oklahoma. Bring your leadership team and learn together while focusing on leadership skills and engagement. Topics include:

Natalie Johnson, a certified Dare to LeadTM facilitator will talk about what it takes to lead your team and improve performance.
• A panel of OHA members will discuss the collaborations they have created to help build a pipeline of future healthcare professionals.

Dan Bowen, with Forefront Healthcare, an OHA Platinum Underwriter, will talk about strategies they employed to help them be awarded the #1 Best Place to Work by Modern Healthcare.
• We will have an OHA update and legislative recap. We will also offer the opportunity for participants to gather by their region to share ideas and solutions.
