The Exhibit Hall at OHA Connect attracts healthcare professionals from across Oklahoma. Benefits of exhibiting include flexible set up times, statewide promotion, an exhibitor service desk, and a hosted lunch on the show floor. The Connect mobile app, available a before and after the conference, features an exhibitor list, attendee names (uploaded a week before), and in-app email communication. Exhibitors receive a post-show electronic attendee list (no pre-show list). Exhibitor and attendee prize drawing winners will be announced at the OHA booth.
Those exhibitors who also sponsor the event will be recognized in all general sessions. Additional marketing opportunities are available including placing a flyer in attendee bags, a banner ad on the mobile app, and sponsoring a table at the Awards Dinner (additional fees apply).
