As Generation Z begins to make its presence known in the workplace, businesses are experiencing more “generational diversity” than ever before. With five different generational styles of communicating and collaborating, and diverse values and attitudes, it’s no wonder that issues arise. Tensions between groups can prevent organizations from fully deploying the unique skills and talents of each group.
