The 2025 Outpatient Prospective Payment Systems Final Rule released in Fall of 2024 included Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Conditions of Participation (CoP) updates for Prospective Payment Systems (PPS) and Critical Access (CAH) hospitals with and without birthing departments. This webinar will educate attendees on the purpose of CMS CoPs, the CMS final rule process, and the new or updated Maternal Health CoPs for hospitals with and without birthing departments. The Oklahoma Perinatal Quality Improvement Collaborative (OPQIC) will share best practices for compliance with the CMS CoPs that will be enforced starting July 1, 2025. This webinar will be for maternal health managers, quality and safety, and nursing leaders.
