Through RHTP, the Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH) is funding the comprehensive version of Pulsara. Pulsara is a communication and image exchange platform connecting the health ecosystem involved in emergency response and patient transfers. The grant will pay for the annual subscription fee on behalf of all EMS, hospitals ERs, skilled nursing, transfer centers, and other emergency responders. 

OSDH leaders would like to hear from hospital and system leadership about rolling out this platform to focus on prioritizing the nodes that are their biggest transfer pain points. Discussion will include a deeper dive on the Rural Regional Reorientation (RRR) Facilitation plan and an overview of the EMS Central Communication Platform.
