Posted on: 11/28/18
The OHA Annual Convention brings together the largest group of health care workers in Oklahoma. The early bird deadline has passed,
but you can still register for the 2018 OHA Convention & Trade Show. Key events for the Dec. 5-7 gathering include:
- Keynote address with Ben Nemtin, talking about reaching your goals.
- General Sessions addressing key issues hospitals face, such as consumer driven health care, disruptors, and surviving life’s storms.
- ACHE session on leading strategic change.
- Rural health session, focusing on 340-B pharmacy.
- The OHA annual business meeting and listening session.
- The OHA chairman’s reception, open to all convention attendees and vendor representatives. Relax and network with both old and new friends.
- OHA awards presentations to outstanding health care leaders in Oklahoma, including the W. Cleveland Rodgers Distinguished Service Award, Award of Merit, Advocacy in Action Award, OHA-PAC Awards and the Spirit of Passion and Dedication Awards.
If this isn’t enough to pique your interest, there are nine personal membership groups meeting during the convention, including: nurse executives, medical staff services, psychiatric hospitals, engineers, public relations and marketing, quality and risk management, directors of volunteer services, financial managers, and Sooner Healthcare Executives.
Visit the
OHA website for additional details and registration materials. Don’t miss out!
