Free training for maximizing organizational support

The Health Enhancement Research Organization (HERO) is a national non-profit dedicated to identifying and sharing best practices in workplace health and well-being. Traditionally, HERO holds a one-day, in-person Healthcare Summit in addition to its week-long Forum each fall. The Healthcare Summit is one of the highlights of the HERO Forum, and it provides a great opportunity for health care entities to learn from one another.

This year, HERO is waiving registration fees for its virtual Healthcare Summit.

The theme for this year’s Healthcare Summit is Maximizing Organizational Support: Connecting the Dots between Organizational Development, Leadership Development, and Employee Well-being in Healthcare. This half-day Summit will discuss how leading health care organizations are investing in their employees’ development and well-being.
