Medicaid managed care delayed six months

Please note that the Oklahoma Health Care Authority has amended the RFP for SoonerSelect (Medicaid managed care) in response to some technical questions that were asked of the agency as of Friday, Dec. 9. As a result, the implementation has been moved back to April 2024 due to CMS’ timeline for approval.

To read the amended RFP, click here. We anticipate there will be numerous amendments by the end of this process.

What is the impact of the RFP amendment #1?
• The response date is not changed and remains Feb. 8, 2023.
• Technical questions can now be submitted until Dec. 15, 2023.
• The implementation date for SoonerSelect is moved to April 2024.
