Preferred Partner offers webinar to discuss the ending of COVID-19 funding and waivers

Advis, an OHA Preferred Partner, is offering a webinar 11 a.m. – 12 p.m., Tuesday, April 11 on “COVID-19 Funding & Waivers – What’s Next?”.

The federal government is terminating the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency on May 11, 2023. Advis will break down the impact of this termination on the federal blanket waivers and other flexibilities that health care providers have utilized throughout the pandemic. With most of these ending, health care providers need to be prepared. Additionally, Advis will discuss the state of COVID-19 relief funding, addressing the Provider Relief Fund (PRF), state of the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) programs, and remaining eligibility for funding from the Federal Emergency Management Agency. Advis will provide insight into ongoing audits from the key regulators (e.g., Health Resources and Services Administration and the Office of Inspector General), as well as strategies to avail your entity to the remaining 90% federal cost share FEMA funding, with eligibility running through the PHE termination date.
