OHA annual Compensation and Benefits survey opening soon

OHA’s annual compensation and benefits survey will be opening soon. This survey is the premier source of compensation and benefits data for healthcare organizations in the state and across the region.  

The survey information will be distributed in early January by email from Thomas X. Cummins at Gallagher Surveys. All OHA member human resource departments should receive the invitation. If yours does not, please contact Lisa Hart at OHA. 

All organizations’ participation is critical to the success of this important program. Results will be released to data contributors at no cost in PDF and Excel along with an online custom cut tool that allows participants to create an unlimited number of custom compensation reports.  

Included in the survey are leadership, physician and staff positions commonly found in healthcare organizations in Oklahoma, as well as benefit plan design and policy data. Participants will also have access to regional data including Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico and Missouri, as all five of these state hospital associations work with Gallagher Surveys.
