OHA 2026 State Legislative Report recaps sessions

The OHA 2026 State Legislative Report is now available and will be mailed to hospital leaders soon. The Legislative Report includes key highlights on legislative action during the 2026 legislative session along with OHA’s advocacy efforts and activities. It also includes a “Hospital Executive’s Checklist,” listing legislation that OHA recommends you act on in your hospital. The report is now available on the OHA website with a member login.
