  • OHA collects minimally necessary personal information from its members who voluntarily register for access to password-protected sections of our Web site. This allows members to log in properly and to access secured information. OHA maintains this information for you; however, you are able to review this information at any time by accessing your “Member Profile” from the home page.
  • OHA will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone. 
  • OHA may send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people when we have your consent to share the information; when we need to share your information to provide the product or service you have requested; or when we need to send the information to vendors to provide a product or service to you. These companies do not have any right to use the personally identifiable information we provide to them beyond what is necessary to assist us.
