Oklahoma Health Care authority updates telemedicine policy

Last week, the Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA) MAC (Medical Advisory Committee) met and approved proposed rules on telemedicine, which allow for the billing of audio-only in most settings. If you have any concerns, please let Sandra Harrison know. The rules will be discussed at the next OHCA board meeting on May 17. Further, the OHCA posted notice on April 27 that the Public Health Emergency expanded use of telehealth will end on May 12.
