Completed submissions for the 2026 OHA Healthcare Workforce Survey are due today, June 5.
Your hospital’s participation is essential to ensure Oklahoma’s hospital workforce data is accurate, relevant, and actionable. The information collected helps inform statewide workforce strategies, advocacy efforts, and resources that directly support hospitals and healthcare professionals across our state. Keep reading for the list of hospitals that have submitted surveys this year. Is your hospital on the list?

Submission details• Only one completed survey per hospital will be accepted.
• Best practice is to designate one individual responsible for data entry and submission, with input from other staff as needed: human resources, department leaders, employee health, safety, or IT
• The survey may be completed in multiple sessions. To save progress prior to submission, click the “X” in the upper right hand corner to exit the browser and return via the survey link.
• Please ensure the final survey is formally submitted by June 5, 2026.
How the data will be used• Survey data will
not be sold to other entities.
• Only aggregated data will be shared publicly from a state or regional perspective.
• Participating hospitals will receive a final summary report.
• We anticipate the final report will be available before the 2026 OHA Connect annual conference, Sept. 30-Oct. 1.
